Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 3 business days from date of shipment.

1. Please contact us at naturallybelizean@gmail.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions, please package the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local BPMS office.
4. Returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package.
5. We can return your item(s) for an exchange or store credit.
6. Store credit can be used on your next purchase
7. Once your store credit has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. You have 4 business days to decide if an item is right for you.
2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
4. We do not cover shipping cost for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
The following cannot be returned/exchange: Used Items, gift cards, bodysuits, swimwear, gifts.

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to our return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Website Order Policy

Orders placed will be automatically contacted to confirm that their order is correct. The customer is liable for any mistakes or error made on their behalf, after this confirmation message was sent out.
All orders placed must be paid within a 3 business day period from the order date
If you plan to cancel your order, kindly do so in a professional manner and contact customer service within 24 hours from the order dateIf there is 0 contact about an order cancellation within 24hours, your order will be packaged and we will await payment receipt.
IF you miss the cancellation period and the payment period and decide to cancel your order at a last minute, you will be charged with a 20% LATE CANCELLATION FEE. This fee MUST be paid within 3 business days IF you want to continue accessing our website.
IF there is consistent effort to reach out to a customer after that customer has missed both deadlines, and there is proof of only a one way contact, that customer will not be able to access NaturallyBelizean.com again to avoid this incident happening twice.
